Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
